I was encountering issues with my AirPods Pro. The sound, specifically buzzing cracking and overall sound problems when in ANC mode. I then ordered my AirPods Max. First of all, they are simply gorgeous. They sound AMAZING! The ANC function is spot on. The sound when I am playing songs via Apple Music. It all works extremely well. I am very pleased with these headphones. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The battery life is also as advertised.

Very comfy fit, excellent sound and great noise isolation on flights. Battery life is incredible. Only used 40% on 3.5 hr flight. Creates the ability to isolate myself in my own world to work, think, or just plain rest, relax, and recuperate.

Excellent product from Apple! The best active noise cancellation at this price point. They aren’t the lightest headphones in their class but the construction feels solid and materials used have amazing quality. A must if you’re invested in Apple’s ecosystem as the ease of use and connectivity is second to none.

I wanted the Apple AirPod Max’s so bad so when I saw Best Buy was selling them at a slightly lower price I had to go and get them. If you want the airpod max’s but don’t want to pay 600$ you can get them at Best Buy for a bit less. My only complaint is that they didn’t have the black pair in store.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and if anything, they work too well , ‘noise-canceling’ myself anytime I try to ask her a question :-). Seriously though, my daughter loves these headphones and says they are the best she has ever had

Great quality. I love it for the gym, it cancels out all noise and helps me focus.

These headphones are awesome. The sound is great and the connectivity to the apple divises is good. They are a little heavy and can feel like they are squeezing your head a bit. As far as functionality they are great and the noise canceling has nothing to envy from other headphones in the market

I really enjoy these headphones , they sit on my head very well and I have not experienced any headaches like when I have used other over the ear headphones. The sound quality is very good as well.

There's a weight to it, but once you wear it, it is very comfortable, the sounds, noise cancellation, transparency mode is very good, built quality is the best headphone ever, but it has to be with this price, can't wait for AirPods Max 2nd Gen.

I really love these headphones. The only thing that I don't like about them is that it sometimes disconnects.

I love the headphones, and I have no problems with them. I like how the fit and the sound quality are notched. I do wish they get a little louder, but that would be my only downside.

The quality is great and the sounds is really good. The battery life is better than ok, but not quite excellent. If Apple could improve the battery life and bluetooth connectivity, these would be an 11 out of 10 rating. However, they are solid, I'd say a 9.25 out of 10 stars. :)

Outstanding sound quality and excellent noise cancellation are the 2 things I love. I bought these to replace AirPods Pro that would never stay seated in my ears. These solve the issue and provide a better overall experience. Much better battery life and comfortable to wear all day. My only complaint is that they're somewhat heavy.

Super comfortable and the sound quality is super good as well! Honestly next AirPods yet! And it was very easy when I went to pick the order up, very good customer service! And it was all a very quick process:)

The product was great in quality and functionality.

Excellent quality, maybe a bit expansive for what you actually get but the quality is definitely there and the sound is amazing, very comfortable to wear. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t go quite small enough for my little head but it’s close enough to still be comfortable

i wasnt too sure about upgrading my headphones (3rd gen airpods) for these, but as soon as i took them home and paired them to my devices, i did nlt want to take them off. There’s so many features to choose from that will change the way you study, work or listen forever. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought two of these as gifts via open box from BB, and I did not realize that the “Excellent” but not “Excellent - Certified” most likely means that they will be tied to someone else’s AppleID. I had to connect to both in order to confirm that they were tied to another AppleID, thus giving my location to two people I do not know. Indeed, they were, which was unfortunate, as I would have just bought new ones instead of Open Box, which made for a disappointing gift m. Though a Total Tech Member, BB wasn’t all that helpful in getting new ones ordered. As for the headphones, they will work even if tied to another AppleID, and they are amazing. The noise cancelling function was the best I’ve ever heard. Glad I ordered new ones that will be tied to my own Apple ID.

Got them on sale for a good price. Over priced at 500$.
