Ill start off by saying that these headphones are very nice and what you expect from Apple. A few issues are that the design is strange that the headphones hit each out when you take them out of the case so got a cover for them. Also the carry case is pretty much useless. The sounds is great and the battery lasts a long time.

The Airpods Max are great. The music sounds great and you can hear instruments that you don't really pickup on ipods. The only thing that doesn't make this a 5 is the fact that Best Buy does not advertise as said online. I placed this order in believing that it would arrive in 2 business days. That is not the first time they have done this. Maybe my last time ordering from them. But the Airpods are primo!

The only negative commentnis the pads on the ear phones don’t always stay on. But orber than that it ia perfect

They are pretty expensive, but they sound great and fit my head wonderfully. The noise cancelling is the best i've ever used. Highly recommend if you can afford them.

Great headphones and of course perks of being part of the apple ecosystem. Its pricy for just being great but of course youre paying for brand and seemless integration with all your devices

These headphones feel very premium, I mean at the price point, they should! I didn’t find these had enough bass for me. Lack of EQ, having to buy a $35 adapter to use wired blew me away. Should have everything included for over $500. Top notch noise canceling, best transparency mode. Spatial audio is also great, tried them for gaming and these blew my Astro’s and BlackShark v2 out of the water!

I had these headphones for about half a year and they are worth the price, and the noise-cancelling is amazing.

I'm not really a apple fan. I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter they seem to be worth the price when she's not paying

Little expensive, but I got it on sale. The best part about this headphone is that It just works with apple devices.
