Item as described. Works as expected. I would recommend!

I was initially turned off from purchasing these headphones due to the price, but after repeatedly being disappointed by comparably priced headphones from other brands, I opted to try them and I am not disappointed. The noise cancellation is worth the purchase alone, and the amazing sound quality is deserving of a 5-star rating. I would recommend also purchasing protective covers to avoid any scratches.

They get loose east from the headband and the sound is not as good as the beats. Very expensive for nothing. I do not recomend people to waist this much money for regular headphones

Very disappointed in best buy total tech, associate that misinformed us in 2023, supervisor Esalynette that hung up on me 2025. Our total tech got cancelled by an Assoc in 2023 so it didn't renew. Until I went to purchase 2023 we reinstated 2 days later, he informed me it would cover my 2022 purchases. Until we needed repair in '25 we discovered that Assoc failed in reinstated. Total all Best Buys fault and all I want is for someone to work with me to make this alright. I am still willing to negotiate to continue using them in the future. I like Best Buy, please someone with higher authorization to make changes and will listen to me , please call.

Sound is not as loud as I would prefer. Also, when on phone calls people can hardly hear me.

Great headphones but not for the gym. You have to clean them every 3 days or they’ll start stinking & it takes about 24 hours to fully dry and use again. Im going still where them though cause they were expensive

Premium sound at a premium price, but it was worth it

Good looking and sounds amazing, but not practical, very heavy on the ears and not comfortable for longer listening sessions Can you use it as a fashion item and it looks good on You But not for what it meant to do there are better alternatives.

First off yes they are 600 dollars . Around Christmas time they were on sale for 449. Still sold out found an excellent open box pair for after tax and everything 408. I do not regret purchasing at all. Sound is great ( which they were a crumb louder) design is flawless and weight on the head is not an issue . Just buy them :) also a full charge , with at least 1-3 hours of use can last me 4/5 days

Solid sound and base, but honestly not worth price point. Also, not the most comfortable

I would give the sound a 6/10 (after adding an equalizer) and call quality a 2/10. Everyone I call makes a comment about how I am so hard to hear, muffled, and how the quality is so poor compared to when I’m speaking directly through the phone. It’s so bad to the point where I just put in other headphones if I need to make a call. Trust me, the connectivity, features, and quality are through the roof compared to others I’ve tried but for over $500 I expect better quality. I just want wireless music with the ability to make decent calls but this is far from the best option. I’ve tried the Sonos Ace as well but to be honest, Jabra is now my go to.

This color is beautiful! Feels like a classic color that I wouldn’t get tired of. Sound quality is amazing and it matches my phone and all my accessories. The transparency mode works so well that I forget I’m wearing my headphones. Great for music and watching movies at home. I don’t plan to travel with it and love the minimal case despite what others have said. Makes it breathable after long use

Sound is great. My biggist issue is that the headphones are quite heavy so you can’t wear them long. I’m probably going to return mines. Not worth it for the money I paid.

These blew me out of the water. How much detail they produce with crisp CLEAR Highs and very nice punchy base. I’m impressed. The soundstage is great, especially if you are using a HiFi streaming service and take advantage of Dolby Atmos music or Masterd. It honestly feels like you are in the studio with the artist. I highly recommend these especially if your able to get them on sale/open-box!

Top end noise canceling and sound quality, well balanced sound.

Maybe they were my expectations of apple or the price, but at this point the Noise Cancellation is still better in my Beats, I use them on the plane and love to have all apple, this was my last gadget, they are ok i would say but that price.

Great sound quality, but if you wear it for longer than 20 minutes, it starts to feel very heavy and annoying.

When you put it on, it's a bit tight. It's also a bit difficult to clean if you get it dirty. The sound quality is alright. It's basically just the AirPods Pro as headphones
