They have great sound, but too heavy and the battery drains fast. I love all things Apple, just not these.

I like sound quality and comfort, but for the gym they fall off during most bench workouts, that is the only downside to these

Overrated definitely not worth the price. You can find the same quality headphones for hundreds less.

I bought these in Jan 2023, now in June 2024, they are completely unusable. These headphones are nearly $600. One morning they just completely stopped working. I tried all of the recommendations to get them reset, nothing worked. Spoke with apple customer service virtually, and they were unable to help. Went into the Genius Bar and they were once again unable to help. I had to send them out for repair, being told it was likely a battery issue. Nope. There are 3 separate hardware issues that render them unusable. It is $300 to get them fixed. That is OVER HALF the cost of the headphones. Why would I pour ANOTHER several hundred dollars into these headphones? They didn't even last two years. I will be purchasing a different pair of headphones from a brand other than Apple.

Good noise canceling and audio but has a really poor battery life. for 500$ I would expect the battery to last longer then the 12 to 15 hours that I use it. Comfortable on the head and the turn off and on being a position rather then a button is quite smart but they don’t compact like Bose headphones so they are a little less space friendly.

These are your average headphones with noise cancellations. Pros: They work Cons: Needs improvement. The Bose QC 35 II and AirPods Pro sound better than these headphones. I lack bass and the noise canceling is okay. Not worth $549.

absolutely terrible service will never order from Best Buy again. I ordered my package as an early Christmas gift and it is now late January and I still have received absolutely nothing from them. They promised me they could refund or at the very least send a new package considering my last one wasn’t ever delivered, but they canceled it and then revoked their claim saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do if packages are not properly delivered/stolen so now I’m down $400 and was out of a Christmas gift

They look great, noise cancellation works great, good sound quality. Not what I expected for a 500$ pair of headphones. Too heavy, when I try to run they move so much.

Not for everyone. Great if you are on the Apple platform. iPhone,iPad,MacBook. 3 stars because of the price. Should be more like $300

the noise cancellation is so good but they hurt my ears a lot:/ had to return them. good if u test them out, different for everyone!!

People can hear what your listening to, so you cant really turn it up too loud.

The product does not have any issues. Airpod works fine but it's the freebies that come with this. 3month Apple Music is actually 2 months and every time I call, I get transferred to different Indian representatives who just ask me to purchase another free 3-month Apple Music, which does not work either.

Their okay. Sometimes cut out and people says it sounds like I’m under water. Wouldn’t expect a that for something I spent 400+ on.

Not very soundproof especially for the price point. I think the regular airpod pros are better.
