I love my AirPod Max headphones. Hopefully the next Gen will be less expensive and the case will be more protective. Right now, the Max will not power down so if you haven’t used them in a couple of days it’s good to plug them up while in the case.

perfect: noise cancel music calls vids n tv n games permanently paranoid to scratch the aluminum bc this costs half a rack but they nvr actually scuff so thats cool not perfect: sry if gross, but like ear cup can get humid if i air dry my hair

If you have the money, they are well worth it for sounds. However i don't feel they're too comfortable and everyone can hear what you're listening too.

Im a fan of the looks but i feel that i cannot justify spending over 400 when sonys or bose do the same thing

I love the sound coming out of these headphones, however they are too darn heavy and you can’t turn them off so you’ve got to keep them on a trickle charger if you are an airline traveler because they run out of juice in about four days even if they are in their little bra and not being used. It’s a head scratcher of an item for sure. Pass and wait for the next generation. Spending $500 on something like this with this many holes is superfluous.

Phone quality is TERRIBLE! So that’s why I’m not giving these 5 stars. I’ll stick with my Beats Pro! Sadly will be returning them! I really wanted to keep them!

We love Apple products and when our 13 year old begged for these we couldn’t resist! The ability to change the quality in sound and to noise cancelling along with the headset being very comfortable! The light sky blue is really pretty too!

I really like these Apple AirPods Max headphones a lot and I am glad that I purchased them, even though they are quite pricey they are worth it. They have the great sound and good quality that is expected from Apple, I highly recommend them.

Great sounds and works with phone calls well. I primarily use these to listen to music, podcast, and videos then take incoming phone calls. They are a little heavy so might need to do some neck excercises if you plan on wearing them all day.

I cant hear anything but the music im listening too, and thats what i love, and i love how theres options for taking off the noise cancelation as well, perfect for any situation. So comfortable and the design… so sleek. My new favorite device.

Desired item was color blue. They told me to select the white one to ensure the prince and then exchange it. When I was going to exchange it they rise the price. Item was returned and purchased with apple directly.

Cons: Heavy and uncomfortable. You can’t lay down in them. Pros: great sound cancellation, I forgot my sink was on. Decent sound. Not worth the price.

Anybody who has seen the play "waiting for Godot" will relate to our experience with Best Buy with respect to getting our new headphones delivered. We placed the order on December 19, for the holiday, and, despite many calls to Customerservice are still waiting. The latest message states that we should get it soon but if not we will get a refund. This for an our daughter's holiday gift. Do not buy from this store .

Not as good as I thought, the sounds quality is the same as the AirPods Pro 2

Don’t receive/ aren’t notified of calls when in use

I bought these headphones in July, they stopped working properly in October. Best Buy was no help and neither was Apple. I am stuck with a broken set of headphones. Apart from that these headphones were incredibly nice to use, however they had a bunch of problems. They are very heavy, the smart case that comes with the headphones is terrible and you are forced to use it (the headphones do not turn off when you take them off of your head and they do not have a power button, you need the smart case for that), when the headphones are turned outward, they will knock into each other very hard. This is the first problem I have ever had with an apple product and I do not recommend them because they are not reliable and have so many flaws. Definitely consider buying another pair of headphones.

Not really worth the cash, the volume is low compared to its rivals, the bass is extremely lacking, I would get the Sony xm4 if I could do it all over again...
