Not comfortabl needs less compression on the head .

Sound quality is amazing - but I expected nothing less. They are comfortable for long periods (I have worn them on flights and for full day of Zoom meetings). Mic is very clear for calls.

Sound/ material Quality is top tier! Product is way Over priced.

Personally i like them a lot. Little on the heavy side but noise cancelling on a plane is great. Some people will say they cost more than ither brands but for me they are worth the price

I got these towards the beginning of July and for the first month and a half the sound was decent, noise cancelling was excellent and most of all you could wear these for 8 hours and not really be able to tell. Unfortunately as of 8/16/2021 there's already a constant static and audio replay is miserable. I've done nothing but pamper these headphones and I'm a tad disappointed.

After the warranty expires, the AirPods Max does not work and its cost is not equal to its maintenance

0/10 my item was never delivered to me by Best Buy it was stolen i got a police report and everything and no one did anything to help to me i just lost my money and i called everyday i cried i begged i legit had the police verify and best buy did nothing

Apple could have done something special here but what did they do, took beautiful sound and noise canceling, put it in a heavy frame that does not fit the head right, are very heavy and overpriced. Even for a fanboy like me. I ended up buying the bose 700s and am very happy with them .

I initially bought to replace my work headphones, I was blown away with how gorgeous it sounds. The blue mesh was a bit darker than I anticipated but its still beautiful nonetheless.

Four weeks and I had to take them into the Apple store the right side stop working I’m very disappointed

Not super comfortable on my ears on a long flight. Otherwise worked fine.

My device developed an issue right after warranty period. In summary, the headphones don't connect to any of my devices. This happens several times a day. I need to hard reset the device (press sleep and power buttons for 10+ seconds) for it to reconnect. It is very annoying when you need to do it so many times a day. For an expensive device like this, you should not run into reliability issues like this so early in the ownership period. Buy a more reliable device from Bose, Sony instead!

Surround sound quality juxtaposed with extreme comfort. Easy to connect to any device - what a great value. I love the ease of switching to noise cancellation and transparency mode.

This is just a overpriced gadget from Apple. Sound quality is average. Also volume doesn’t go up a lot.
