good headphones but for the price you can find better.

Apple could have done something special here but what did they do, took beautiful sound and noise canceling, put it in a heavy frame that does not fit the head right, are very heavy and overpriced. Even for a fanboy like me. I ended up buying the bose 700s and am very happy with them .

Four weeks and I had to take them into the Apple store the right side stop working I’m very disappointed

My device developed an issue right after warranty period. In summary, the headphones don't connect to any of my devices. This happens several times a day. I need to hard reset the device (press sleep and power buttons for 10+ seconds) for it to reconnect. It is very annoying when you need to do it so many times a day. For an expensive device like this, you should not run into reliability issues like this so early in the ownership period. Buy a more reliable device from Bose, Sony instead!

Not super comfortable on my ears on a long flight. Otherwise worked fine.

They sound okay but it’s wayyyy over priced and it’s start hurting my head after 20 min of use

This is just a overpriced gadget from Apple. Sound quality is average. Also volume doesn’t go up a lot.

DO NOT BUY THESE. Are they great when they work? Absolutely. HOWEVER, they will break within 2 years and youll contact Apple for tech support. Theyll break even though you meticulously take care of your device and it never leaves the house. At that time they will tell you its $732.92 to MAYBE fox them... no guarantee if theyll be fixed, for how long theyll be fixed, and if theyre fixed - no guarantee that you wont need to pay that to have them fixed again. For this amount of money, Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra are superior.

Great for music, just not Bose when it comes to airplane noise

The Airpod Pro 2 is equal; I expected more for more money. I suppose it is in the makeup of the headphones.

Very comfortable and easy to set up and use. Design is good and feel like nice headphones. Sound does not get super loud but very high quality and noise cancelling is great

These were great for 2 years until they completely bricked. So expensive for such a short life span. Definitely never buying again.

Sound is incredible! The negatives? Its incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I have an average sized head and wearing it for longer then 30 minutes was unbearable. They were so uncomfortable it would basically give me a toothache. Their really cute but won’t fit if you have an average sized head

Quality is not worth the price. Very tinty with little bass. And others can hear everything that’s playing while on your ears. They’re heavy and when you bend down they fall off because the weight.

great sound, too heavy, too pricey, carrying case needs improving. returned and will wait for 2nd generation.

For a price point of $500 they’re definitely not worth the buy. They sound good not enough sound for me but Nonetheless they’re good. To me I think they should be priced at $199 max nothing about these headphones screams you should pay $499 and I’m a apple guy. I just couldn’t justify keeping them at that price.
