Did not work today a waste of money . Will connect and unable to hear music

I had to return these as they gave me a headache. They also made my ears sweat. They are good with sound quality but build is not great. I ordered the Bose.

DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX !! Not unless you don’t mind going back & forth to Best Buy to have them exchanged. Went through three different pairs and all were connected to last owner Apple ID which means they can track them (YOU) whenever & wherever you’re using them. Customer Service won’t help just let you return them so don’t waste your time & money.

Definitely a more expensive pair of headphones than I would normally ever get but they sound amazing and feel great. Use them for workouts every day.

Just got these and they stopped charging after a month

Pretty nasty. I opened the AirPod Max box and a bad smell came out, the case and ear covers were covered in makeup, and the item was still connected to the previous owner so my location was sent to them upon connecting to the device. Honestly, they're so dirty I'm afraid to even try them on for sound and will need to immediately return. Gross.

I got these for my daughter for Christmas and i cant wait for her to open them! I had a great experience at the Irving location purchasing my item!

They are great! Sound quality is amazing. They are a little heavy but you get used to the weight after wearing them. Love these for plane rides.

Preferred the colored ones over the boring black and silver. But these are nice. Pricey tho.

I could see why these are replacing beats for top tier! Comfy, user friendly. And easy switch between noise-cancellation and transparancy mode

Great sound quality and noise cancellation but VERY heavy and gave me major headaches and jaw pain. Will be returning but if you can handle the weight they are great.

they honeslty sound like heaven but when it comes to the price its just to hard to choke up $500 for them. sony has way cheaper ones that are almost the same. they defintely are still the best headphones on the market. they are also very stylish

Love these. Probably overpriced for sure. But it’s like paying extra for a Gucci bag. You absolutely don’t need it, it’s a fashion statement.

I just want to say I love apple, I had in mind was to use the Max for working out at the gym but it’s not made for it. It’s way to heavy and falls off when running or other gym activities.the sound is awesome made for more home use. I hoe this helps.
