Headphones are having problems connecting to apple devices and apple care has not been helpful with solving the issue.

Great color, sound and quality. The price was the lowest I found anywhere. The noice cancellation and transparency mode is great.

Owned these for 3 weeks and already having several issues. 1) They keep disconnecting & reconnecting randomly. 2) Any sudden head movement and the right ear stops working and only the left ear plays. 3) ANC randomly cycles through all 3 modes on its on. 4) Battery drains significantly fast I’ve did 3 factory resets and it hasn’t fixed anything. I made an Apple Genius Bar appointment. This is ridiculous especially for this price point and only owning them for barely 3 weeks.

Sounded great but was too small for my head. Ear cups sat on my ear lobes and whenever I turned my head I got a lot of sound leakage which was especially bad when using noise cancellation

Love these headphones! The design is nice, bass is great & these headphones are everything! Much better than the air pod pros.

Was only able to use these for a week before one side of them didn’t produce any sound so now I have to turn them in to get repaired which is a bummer. I tried over 20 times to reset it and nothing has helped fix the issue with the sound.

These headphones are an excellent product. They are comfortable, noise cancelling and the carrying case is perfect for travel.

I had a pair stolen, and it sucks. But it doesnt have an airtag built in and it definitely should would make them much nicer.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing an item from a store.. I ordered this product online and was told it would be delivered the next day.. once the next day comes the “ shipt” delivery person decided to not even attempt to deliver and mark the item down for a refund I did not request which is now holding $479.99!of my money hostage for up to “ 20 business days” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! And ruined my Christmas due to pure incompetence!!!

Got as a birthday present for my daughter. Sucks that best buy doesnt issue points for Apple items. Daughter loved them though.

Eh just not worth it. Sound quality is good not mind blowing.

Honestly these are not worth the money, they dont get very loud and the noise cancellation is better on the pros. Wish i didnt spend so much on them

We have had to visit Bestbuy 4 times to have these airpods fixed. They get to a point where they will not charge and they won’t turn on very often.

They are very heavy on my head and ears. I would probably return them if I still could. Like my AirPods much better.

Asked to pay 300$. Manufacturing warranty doesn’t work. I brought my airpods to apple customer service and they told me that there's a hardware issue But my headphones worked in the evening, I plugged them with the charging cable and when I checked them in the morning they didn’t turn on. I absolutely don't understand why is it due to hardware issue? And they are asking me to pay 300 dollars for hardware issue but as i said I use apple products because of the quality And if you’re not responsible for low quality products I don’t see the reason to continue using them.

I wanted to buy them for long time but I didn’t expect the material to be ans feel so cheap. Sweat too much, even though you are not doing any exercise at all. doesn't hold steady. Too expensive for those airpods.

Bought these as a gift. The were still connected to someone’s Apple account and I was unable to use them. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe that they would not do a quality check on this item, considering how expensive they are. I am very disappointed.

These headphones are trash and so is Apple support. With the AppleCare I spent $600 on this garbage. Owned less than 3 months and they now constantly disconnect. Apple had them for 5 mins and said they couldn’t duplicate the issue so they were sent back to me in the same defective condition.

Great sound but a little heavy to use for a long period of time
