Great but overpriced

This is a situation where tou really are paying for the name more than anything.

High quality but pricey

They are a bit pricey, and a little bit too much bass for my taste but they're very comfortable, great noise cancellation and the usual Apple build quality.

Too fragile

The noise cancellation button broke each time and stopped connecting to my phone. When they work they are phenomenal and that’s the only reason they aren’t 1 star. You pay $600 for headphones, they shouldn’t break within a week.

Horrible Best Buy customer service

Then when I drove an hour to go pick it up they said it had already been sold to another customer.

Makes a great gift

They are very practical. One thing I dont like is the fact, as with all apple headphones, they only give you the usb-c charging cable but no actual plug
