Great sound, horrible everything else

But the connection issues and sound cutting out is unacceptable for some $400+ equipment. Then you add in the condensation which causes you to have to clean the inside at least once a day. Usually Apple products are known for their ease of use, but I would hard pass on any kind of over-the-ear product from them. It’s clearly not their forte.

Never buy refurbished products
