    Poor noise cancellation and fit. Had to return and Best Buy wouldn’t give refund because past 1 day in there policy.

    I’d love to know how great these are, but unfortunately Best Buy allowed someone to purchase 2 pairs of these using my account at a store almost 800 miles away from me and they keep asking me to review “my” purchase. If they weren’t incompetent at checking IDs, I wouldn’t be writing this “review.”

    My item was stolen off my porch and best buy refused to refund me I have been a customer with them for years and have never had any issues prior
