For me, I really wanted to love these with being an Apple fanboy but they where very uncomfortable. I later returned then.

Work well for a year and a half. Now they never detect when they are on my head and so no volume comes through them. It’s a common issue wish Apple would do the right thing and repair them but they won’t.

The difficulty in getting these earpods connected was so frustrating I returned them within days.

i didn’t like that it came in the mail and the mic was broken i do love them and hopefully the best pair won’t turn out like that

The sound is good and the noise cancelling is very good. However the clamping force is way to strong and the material on the ear pads is scratchy & uncomfortable.

The sound is spectacular and I love the look and feel of these but I did not keep them. The only reason is because after using them a couple days in a row my neck started to hurt because they are a bit heavy. I’ve never owned this over ear type headphone before so in full disclosure I don’t have a basis for knowing if they are more heavy or less heavy than other similar types.

I had high hopes for these!. These are absolutely NOT noise canceling headphones, at least not completely. They also continuously be sliding or falling off my head when working out. Extremely bulky and awkward looking. And don’t even get me started on the battery life!!!!This was a stupid buy on my part (sad face)

Does not work well when trying to talk with your phone.

For the price tag, i was expecting a pair of headphone with outstanding sound quality but it was mid. It was like an overpriced pair of airpods. Sonys are way better.

For the price -- it is an average or below average item

okay-ish headphones. very heavy and not worth the pricepoint.

I have the beats studio 3s and these sound identical with the exception of having transparency mode. Save the money. Buy the beats.

Horrible: Took them on trip out of country. Would remain paired. Had to rest twice as they reflected the wrong battery percentage. They were open box purchase. Note buying experience was bad also as I have zero balance with Best Buy and had one for several years and they could not find my account. Question now is can I return them after 3 weeks.

Fitment around the head does not stay to secured when i am working out with these headphones at the gym

I bought these for the purpose of working out, but they were terrible. Sound quality was good, but barely better than a pair of headphones you would spend hundreds of dollars less on. While working out, they fell off my head every time I laid on a bench

Do not buy these open box or refurbished. I bought them open box and they were still linked to the previous owners Apple ID. There’s no way to unlink the ID without that person doing it themselves. I had to return them.

pretty good they just fall of my head if i go skating but i kinda expected it, overall good product

Not worth 500, regular airpods are better, and louder

I wish they start tighter on your head. Sound quality is merely OK.
