I was excited to own one of these. After picking it up i went connect it only to find out it was still paired to someones apple account. This clearly shows that it was not certified refurbished as advertised. They clearly wasted my time and resource. I was very disappointed.

I was hesitant to buy these because they’re so pricy, but they’re 100% worth it! I wear headphones around 8 hours a day (during work and around the house), and these are so comfortable. I especially love the pink color. I can’t wear in-ear headphones because of ear issues, and these are perfect for me. Really smooth transitions between Apple devices. Highly recommend!

Way to heavy on your head, I have the Sony and they are much more lighter and comfortable. Also not a fan of the purse like case.

Mortified! I bought this early so I would have it for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened them Christmas morning they were dirty. As in black soot and spots on the ear pads. We did our best to clean them. Then when she tried to pair them they were registered to someone else. Unbelievable! I can’t even contain my disappointment.

they sold me airpods still on another persons apple ID now it says that they can see my location and i can’t use them unless this person removes them from their icloud. highly do not recommend buying used.

I just can’t believe just what Apple has accomplished with these headphones. First of all, I’ll admit to being a bit of an audiophile snob when it comes to headphones. I own or have owned many of the best wired headphones over the last couple of decades. I never thought Bluetooth could satisfy me when it comes to audio. But convenience and mobility have become more important to me as the iPhone has become central to my daily existence. I’ve had the Apple Air Pros 2 in ears for a couple of years and they are marvels in their own right, once you find the right tips, but their comfort level within my ears becomes suspect with prolonged listening sessions. I still wear them to workout but I I started returning to my wired cans and mobile DAC/Amps for music. Alas, that is not very mobile and not immediately convenient at all. When moving about and doing chores or working my wired setups are just bulky. So when I saw these AirPod Pro Maxes on sale I said what the heck I ordered them on a whim. I had been reading that they were essentially the same as the newest versions with only the cable having been changed to USB-C. For only $400, still a bit steep but better then 25%of their normal price, I felt comfortable giving them a try. Man am I glad I did. These headphones sound far better than I ever imagined they could. The noise cancellation is top class and the bass is incredible and the overall sound is so wonderfully balanced. I’ve been using them several hours a day and the battery life is astounding. They are far easier to switch between devices with than the buds and they just work! I love them. Apple just gets things right. I only trust a couple of companies any more and Best Buy and Apple are at the top of the list! Bravo everyone!!!

They werent comfortable for my head. Maybe my head is to big for them.

I've had many things working against me regarding my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. Then came Apple AirPods Max. Here's the short story. I have a rare inner ear syndrome for which I have had two craniotomy surgeries. Those surgeries have intensified my tinnitus. I'm also extremely sensitive to exterior noises when attempting to sleep. (Primarily a beloved spouse's snoring) Earplugs are impossible to wear because they lock in my loud tinnitus. Needless to say I have been a chronic insomniac. I had the opportunity to test out my son's pair of Apple AirPods Max, when visiting him. I was so impressed by the noise calculation feature. I was inspired to purchase my own, hoping they would enable me to sleep better. I decided these headphones would be worth the investment if I could solve the issues I've had for decades with exterior noises and snores waking up this very light sleeper. I was assured that I could return them within 14 days of my purchase if they didn't work out. I'm happy to report they did work out and have become one of my most prized possessions. I listen to meditations through the headphones with a light background noise of rain added in. Let me tell you, the noise cancelation feature on these headphones is mind blowing. I feel like I got the best gift ever and I paid for it myself. haha I was initially skeptical as to whether I could sleep with these on all night. Apple thought of everything here, even thought I'm not sure they intended the design for sleeping. I'm extremely happy with the comfort level. (Even considering I have "hardware" on both sides of my head from my craniotomies.) These headphones have solved a problem I previously thought was unsolvable. I'd have paid five times the cost of these to get the benefit of the noise cancelation feature alone. Here's the funny part. I bought them recently and I have yet to try listening to my favorite songs through them. (haha) My son tells me I'm in for a spectacular experience. I'm looking forward to listening to music through them and taking them on airplane trips. These headphones have changed my life. Not even kidding. And a big thanks to Best Buy for issuing me a credit when this product went on sale days after my purchase. Amazing.

I'm in love with the headphones because they are very cute and asthetic. The sound is just perfect and it makes my life easier using them; also they comfortable.

Apples pro max have a great sound and are a quality made product. The sound is outstanding and the noise cancellation is great for noisy areas

This is my second pair, and I’ve loved them. Comfort is great, i can wear them all day, and the noise cancellation helps my focus.

while they’re very expensive, they are definitely worth it because of their extended battery life, excellent sound quality, and noise cancelling as well as transparency settings

Got a pair only to find out they were defective while on a business trip. Very upset and would highly recommend something like this be bought from the Apple Store.

I bought this as a gift for my sister this Christmas, she is the first family member to go to college and I had already bought her a Mac Book Pro. We are located in Jackson Wyoming where there is pretty much one store that sells stuff, The closest tech store would require me to have driven a risky mountain so Best Buy was there for the last minute holding shopping. Regardless of our remoteness, they delivered with enough time to spare. And she could not have been more satisfied with the elusive Airpods Max.

Ok, a bit on the pricy side compared to Bose. I've had Bose headphones as well. The sound difference is honestly hard to tell the difference, but I believe there is a better bass sound. They seem quite durable and of high quality. There is a premium for the Apple name, of course. Overall, a great product, but if you're looks to save some money, the Bose headphones will get you good sound at a cheaper price.

Never will purchase anything from Best Buy again . All my future purchases will be at Nebraska Furniture Mart
