**Apple AirPods Max (Space Grey) Review: Premium Sound** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Apple AirPods Max in Space Grey are a total game-changer! The design is sleek and comfortable, with a luxurious feel. Sound quality is top-tier—crystal-clear highs, deep bass, and amazing noise cancellation that fully immerses you in your music. Comfortable for long use, and the battery lasts around 20 hours with ANC on. They’re pricey, but the audio experience and build quality are worth it. Highly recommend for audiophiles!

Good headphones, good noise cancelling. Sometimes they may feel a bit heavy but the more I’ve worn them that feeling has gone away

Very good design, comfortable, excellent noise isolation and cancellation. Mic works better than my Bose QC 35ii and Surface 2. Spatial audio is awesome, and I love the auto-connect to my Apple devices. I do not feel the weight of the cans on my head or ears; in fact, because of the weight distribution, they feel better than my Bose and Surface 2 headsets. For audio quality, they are more even across ranges than the Bose. The Bose are much heavier on bass, with Apple being more balanced. If you LOVE bass, then Apple may disappoint a little. Otherwise, the Apple headsets are very comparable in sound quality and clarity. The Surface headphones, while pretty good, don't really compare and, for me, are better used for general computer audio. The smart case has been widely panned, but I'm okay with it (except that the silver headset comes with a white case, which means it's gonna get dirty!). I can see throwing it into a suitcase, wince it doesn't add the bulk of the typical case. Overall, a nice set of headphones. Sound is on-par with my Bose QC 35ii, but more balanced.

I recently got the Apple AirPods Max (Lightning) in Space Gray, and I really love them! The sound quality is amazing – crisp highs, deep bass, and clear mids. The active noise cancellation is fantastic, blocking out noise and letting me enjoy my music without distractions. The build is premium, and they’re comfortable to wear for long periods. The spatial audio feature adds an immersive experience for movies and music. The battery life is solid, and charging via Lightning is convenient. While they’re pricey, the quality and performance make them worth it. I highly recommend these if you want a premium audio experience!

Wife loves them and so do I. Color is between orange and pink. Very cool. For a Bluetooth headphone these are wonderful

The features, textures, BRAND, lives up to the price. You can feel why its a bit on the pricey side but if you give it a try you would be content because of what exactly you bought aside from sounding remarkable good, its great for when youre on the phone and handling other business besides music would recommend to everyone in my family.

I have been looking for good quality noise cancelling headphones to help me manage my hypersensitivities to sound. These have really good specs that help: noise cancelling function, transparency mode (that modulates sudden loud noises and mutes them down for you, even if you had noise cancelling turned off), a really good microphone for calls etc, and an incredibly durable frame with replaceable parts. The biggest downside I have found is that condensation builds inside of the headset very quickly. The headphones are not water resistant in any way, so this is troublesome if you have to wear for any length of time. If you remove the ear pad, the condensation looks like shiny black things around the components. The first time I saw it, I thought it may be some kind of adhesive. The common "fixes" found online are to avoid temperature disparities to prevent the metal casing from being a different temperature than the environment, don't use in humid places, and to let them dry out often. This basically means no one in any location can use them. Anywhere. Or wear them for anything more than 15-20 minutes at a go. I live in Alaska. Even used only inside, there are huge temperature differences that create condensation. The environment here is very dry, so that isn't a factor. Also, if you have a warm noggin, it'll condense. This is the biggest problem these headphones seem to have and I sincerely hope Apple makes them at least water resistant in the future because the build itself otherwise is a solid 10/10. The sound is also reaaaaally good for even those who are a bit more into how music sounds, let alone the average person's music needs. ALSO: these were purchased open-box from Best Buy. The condition was exactly as marked on the box. But they did have someone else paired to them (In their iCloud) and it wasn't removed prior to my purchasing them. I had to look up how to remove them from someone's account before I could pair them to my own setup. I'd recommend Best Buy look at that for other open-box resold items but beyond that, the experience and cost was great.

Great quality. The sound is good and the bass is straight. The pads get dirty a little quick but you can wash them so thats ok. But the best part is the noise cancelling a-1.

Very good headphones, very comfy and audio is fantastic

These are great, and if you can get them on sale that makes them a better value - I didn't buy them until they began to be discounted, but having had them I would probably pay retail for them in the future if I had to replace them. When using them with an apple device with spatial audio, the effect feels like I can't tell the sound is really coming from the headphones (I lift one off to check). They're super comfy and don't feel heavy, though they're metal and that can feel cold sometimes. Transparency mode is mostly great but sometimes startles if there's a loud pop noise (bubble wrap) it will amplify it a bit. Noise cancelling is the best I've ever used, and I imagine that's due to apple putting in adequate computational power into these to permit smarter/better cancellation. These look to be modular - it should possible to separately replace the headband or either ear unit using a SIM card tool - so it's slightly reparable by Apple as they don't sell those parts separately. I worry about how the head band will age or get dirty with time or if the fabric frays (it hasn't), and it looks like it can be replaced if needed. Replacement fabric ear pads are sold by apple if they get grungy but pricey. Battery life seems very long, and they charge quickly. The case is weird looking, but works well enough in my laptop bag. Materials and construction feel are top notch, these headphones feel and look very premium, though I'm not a huge fan of their color selection and the look of the ear units (too rectangular and too much like an apple watch). I would love for them to eventually sell these in more/better colors, and to even permit mix-match of different colors for the ear units and headband or even sell them separately. I also worry that apple will discontinue or alter these so that in the future it won't be possible to replace or repair parts. I have an old headphone set from another company, and I've replaced the cord and pads on that a few times over the years. I think with these it would be nice if battery, pads, and headband could be replaced for years into the future, but I doubt that that will be the case. I'm still OK with it given how much I like these headphones.
