Absolutely love these, blocks out so much noise, great product from Apple

It took some convincing from a friend to get these, but I have no regrets. Yes they are on the pricey side but the music quality is amazing. And they look heavy but are light on your head. I can barely tell they are on. Only thing is the Pink headphones look more on then red side but they are still pretty.

One of my best experience, great gift for my daughter, she love it, quality sound wow, noise cancellation great, great service on delivery and arrived on time.

Love the noise cancellation, not heavy and very comfy

I was a little disappointed when I received the AirPods Max Open Box Excellent. When I first opened the box I immediately noticed there were make up stains from the previous owner all over the ear cushions and even on the headband. With some cleaning I got the makeup off, but for something that is advertised as open box excellent and basically brand new I would expect BestBuy to clean the product before sent to the purchaser. In addition, when I first connected my AirPods I got a notification that the AirPods were still connected to the previous owner's iCloud and they could see the location of the AirPods. (This also has happened with friends of mine who bought the open box excellent also.) I called BestBuy and they told me there was nothing they could do, all I could do was return them and wait to buy new ones since the Silver were out of stock. Instead, I got connected with the Apple store and they helped me reset them. Overall these are amazing headphones and came very fast but I am very disappointed with BestBuy's open box excellent. If you are reselling previously owned products they need to be cleaned and wiped to be basically brand new, especially when someone is basically paying full price for an "Open Box."

I love these! My only downside is they fit me slightly big even at the smallest setting so they do move around. But they are so comfy and I love how they don’t hurt my ears

Spent hours at a local Best Buy testing all the different headphones and this was the option by far. Fantastic noise cancelling, great sound quality, and the most comfort. Have had these for a little over a year and they still look and feel great. Only issue I've had has been with keeping the ear cushions clean since they are fabric, but that's a minor issue compared to what it provides.

My daughter loves them! She had lost several pairs, but never lost these.

The color is perfect and the sound is awesome, my only issue was wearing them to the gym and they kept falling off my head when I did certain exercises basically they are to heavy for my little head. I did return them I didn’t want to waste my money

I am a bit of a geek when it comes to headphones. And the same holds true for Apple products. I have owned a pair if AirPods Pro true wireless headphones and was impressed with their innovative and simple operation but had to part with them as they did not fit well and would not stay in my ears or form a tight seal in my ear canals. The high price of the AirPods Max over ear cans really put me off the notion of buying them. And the fact that they only work with the Apple AAC Bluetooth codec, or with the lower standard SBC Bluetooth codec seemed to make the price-to-value gap even more pronounced. Last night I picked up a pair of blue AirPods Max at my local BestBuy and am completely sold on them. What changed my mind? They were on sale at what I felt to be a more reasonable price. And Apple just released its public beta version of TVoS 15 for the Apple TV 4K product which features Apple’s spatial audio with head tracking capability. Spatial Audio enabled video via Apple has been available since last fall on the iPhone and iPad. But not on Apple TV 4K. And it is also coming to the Mac very shortly, More and more Spatial Audio content - video and audio - is being added as well. Spatial Audio for Apple Music debuted earlier this month. Watching TV last night streaming “The Tomorrow War” on Amazon Prime Video via Apple TV beta Software update was a phenomenal experience with the AirPods Max. The immersive multi-channel like effect with directional tracking is crazy good. Apple TV allows you to pair two Bluetooth devices so two can watch together. AirPods Pro will also work with Apple TV 4K and spatial audio. But what about listening to music? I stream a lot of music and have been testing out various tracks on Tidal, Amazon Prime Music, and Apple Music, to rave results. I am not talking about lossless quality tracks but solid hi-fi tracks and spatial audio tracks and am super impressed with the clarity and quality of the audio. Do your own research by all means but I am sold on these. The versatility, excellent fit and finish, funky design, and ease of use across all devices is a win. I am hoping pricing will continue to ease on these as volume sales increase and Apple fully delivers on its device and content transformation plans.

I finally decided to splurge on these for a recent 1.5 month trip to Saudi involving a lot of flights, drives, and hotel time. I already have the AirPods Pro but I wanted to try something different for a while. These Max are incredibly well made and the sounds is great. They've got great audio quality - very detailed in the mids, good low end and appropriate highs for a crisp but not ear-bleeding sound. The 3D sound stage is particularly outstanding. Would I term these "audiophile"... not really. For that, I'll stick with my Shure SE8846 but that isn't why I bought the Max. These do things my Shures can't. I really like, and use frequently, the transparency mode. It's great for the office environment, or on phone calls to keep me from shouting like a madman. Are they comfortable? Absolutely! I wear glasses and at first I was concerned that might cause some head pain or sound leakage. Zero pain and no sound leak. On a string of flights, I wore them for about 20 hours without any discomfort, which is more than can be said for any other cans I've had (PSB, V-Moda, Sony, etc). On a whole, these are really the best all around headphones for the modern traveller. Money well spent!

Upon getting these headphones, I ripped them out of the box (metaphorically), excited about the amazing quality and feel and everything about it! Then I realized a few things... - It sounds good... but if you already own the AirPods Pro then this isn't for you - Transparency sounds canned. Where in either of the AirPods Pro generations, it feels like you're hearing with your ears, the AirPods Max feel like you're listening from microphones (you are in both cases, the audio is just more real and accurate with the in ears) - The audio doesn't sound any better. Having bought this after using my AirPods Pro Gen 2 for the past few months, I was really honestly disappointed to find out that the audio didn't sound better than them, and in some instances it sounded a bit (a teensy bit but still) worse. - It does weigh a lot so keep that in mind All in all, this is a good product, just not the best. Obviously this is all in my opinion and your experience might be better, but I hope this helps!
