This is the second time Ive purchased one, the first one is an older model so i wanted to update it. My old one still works perfectly fine but it uses a dongle and I wanted my USB port to be useable. I'm very happy I did, no regrets.

This mouse allows me to use a mouse without connecting it to the device. Since a Surface Pro only has one USB port, this comes in handy.

Also great that it has a bluetooth connection, no usb plug in required; my standard mouse has a small usb that's hard to keep track of when on the move.

However, my surface device was supposed to be black titanium, but it came in silver. When I was purchasing it, I told the Best Buy online staff to make sure both the keyboard and mouse matched the color of the Surface. Now, I have mismatched devices.

It has a wonderful feeling in the hand and is usable on almost any surface. Very precise and the buttons are user configurable via software. Must have for any Surface owner!!

Helps when storing in my back pack. Only issue is it gets jumpy when using it with my HP laptop. No issue at all when paired to my surface pro
