Delivery was simple and arrived on time, unit arrived in perfect condition. Plug and play, it got cold quickly and I filled it up with goodies. It is larger than an I thought it would be, has a very nice basket and internal light, price is amazing. Let’s hope that it lasts!

This is the 2nd one we got to hold vaccines for a medical clinic. They get very cold and are a lot cheaper than ordering from a medical supply company. I never had any problems with the Best Buy brand. Very reliable. If you are thinking about one, go for it. You won’t be sorry!

You could spend about $200 or so on this unit OR you could spend $500 - $650 on nearly the same freezer by a name brand. I chose the former!

The lid has a convenient light built in so you see inside the freezer at night. I’ve started buying meat in bulk just so I can use the freezer lol

We have had absolutely no issues with it and it has perfectly run at different capacity levels.
