Saved some money and bought the product as a "open box" purchase. There was a small little dent in the back bottom corner that was hardly even noticeable. It does not effect the freezer in anyway. Very happy with my product and the Best Buy staff for the whole trans-action.

I love my deep freezer it doesn’t make noise and it just the right size that I can put my my meat in other food in there I love it

This chest freezer is very reasonably priced compared to other brands that are almost double the price. It fits a large amount of items. I definitely recommend this.

Exactly as advertised. I was nervous about all of the reviews for damaged products but was relieved when I opened the box and found only one small dent that’s barely noticeable. It works as intended and so far hasn’t built up any frost in the 3 weeks we’ve had it.

I am pleased with this freezer's size and setup. It included good directions and even a little scraper to clear off any ice that may form on the inside. The price was reasonable even with an added three year warranty. The delivery people were nice and followed good safety practices.

Freezers are scarce. Ordered it online, it was at a store over 3 hours away. I picked it up 3 days after ordering, which was a day earlier than promised. Pickup at the Ankeny IA store was quick and easy. Followed Set-Up instructions and freezer is doing its job. Thank you Best Buy

Freezer is a great and cools to temperature quickly. However, it only came with 2 legs and when it was to be replaced the new freezer also only came with 2 legs. Best Buy resolved the issue and I’m happy with the purchase.

We got this a a bridge gap solution when I had to fix our refrigerator. The price, availability, and operation are well exceeding expectation. If it has a nicer exterior, it will be in our living room. It is also very light and can be moved short distance by one person.

This is a nice sized freezer. The real advantage of having one of these is you can buy meat or other freezable items on sale and store them. And if you run out of things in the refrigerator, you can easily go and pull something out of the freezer

Surprising big and reliable freezer. I didn’t have high expectations for this Insignia freezer, but needed one and there was little selection to choose from at this time during the pandemic. Holds a lot of food and has been very reliable. I am impressed.

This is the best little freezer in texas its only fault is its not 14 cu ft i would have bought the 14 but it was out of stock

This freezer gives value for your money. It compact, yet bigger than my expectation. Would definitely recommend. I only wish it had more demarcation.
