Mu freezer has 3 months of food stored for my family of 4. Beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, salmon, talapia, bacon, sausage and all types of vegetables.

However, I did not lose any food products. This was mainly due to how I accessed the function of the freezer. I began the first 24 hours by placing ice packs in the freezer, and when the unit did not function properly, I notified Best Buy and received service with a smile. The replacement was offered promptly. The replacement worked properly and is doing great—the 7.0 Cu. Ft. is perfect for my needs.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this freezer. if you have children, a family of 3 or more adults especially boys and you just dont want to keep shopping for meat or any frozen items every week or so; this is the product for you. it has an inside light which was important to me. it contains a side basket. it freezers very well. i do cookouts every year and i dont like being out shopping all the time especially in the winter. so this was perfect for me and my family. A suggestion that i learned from buying my first freezer. let it sit over night when you first receive it inside the box. then after you remove it from the box you can plug it in and let it run another 24 hours. I saw and received great performance by doing so. I highly suggest this product.

Don’t see a difference between this and other brands. Definitely worth the money. Especially with its small counterpart being $30 less for 25% less in size.
