Have not purchase Insignia brand before, but I feel confident about the freezer chest after reading other reviews.

Tried several places on line who said they had them in the store, but when you go there it's not available. Best Buy not only advertised the product, but had it shipped to the site near me for pick- up. They also offered safe delivery and set-up. I've been like a kid with a new toy, " loving it"

We were surprised at the size and the use ability. The staff is doing the best they can with the covid situation and overall was very helpful.

My wife and I easily moved it into the kitchen and hooked it up. So far so good. Freezers are hard to get. Jump on it if they are in stock and you need one.
