Good Product - Does the Job

This chest freezer was all that was available so I bought it. It was delivered as promised on July 15,2020. Frost is acceptable at this time - August 10,2020, but seems to be building up quickly and I open Freezer minimally. The freezer only had 2 Adjustable legs. I called to ask about the other 2 legs and was told that the legs would be ordered and I would receive a confirming e-mail. Person I worked with was very helpful and supposed to have done the order while I was on the phone with her. Never got the confirming e-mail and have to assume the order never was processed. Another topic: Also ordered a dishwasher on the same order. Dishwasher was supposed to be delivered on August 4, 2020. Loads of e-mails and texts telling me to be ready for delivery and what to do to prepare for delivery, etc. Late on the day before the expected delivery, it was cancelled. Very disappointed. I spent "many hours" trying to get this corrected. Long waits to speak to a representative each time I called. Reps were always very nice, but no positive results. Website was not helpful. Now have the dishwasher scheduled for delivery on September 25th - have to see if it comes.

So far, the freezer keeps all contents inside nicely and frozen as needed. It seems to sustain the higher-than-average environment temperature. Time will tell how long it lasts, but I sincerely hope that the freezer will last longer than 4 years.

With another likely Covid-19 shutdowns imminent, we needed more room to store frozen food (especially ice cream). It's amazing how much space 7 cubic feet of space will hold. So, I highly recommend this freezer. I am sure you too will be very happy!
