I’ve been really pleased with this chest freezer. It freezes quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and has plenty of room for everything from bulk meats to frozen meals. The basket and open layout make it easy to keep things organized. It’s also surprisingly quiet and energy‑efficient, which I really appreciate. After using it regularly, I’ve had zero issues. It’s a dependable appliance that gives you great value for the money. Highly recommend if you need extra freezer space.

Had it for 4 years and it’s still amazing! Never had a problem and the light still works. We keep it indoors. My kids bedazzled it lol

Fantastic space, not too heavy, great light on the inside makes it easy to see no matter where it is. I havent noticed any change to my eletric bill so it appears to be quite energy effecient as well, and I do have in hot garage. I highly recommend, price for size you cannot beat.

This is a great freezer. It has a light inside which is super handy and I was surprised at how light the unit was. It’s not big and bulky but has plenty of room for storage.

My freezer went out that I had for many years. I had shopped around when I found this one. It was the right color, size and price. I don't mind spending a little more for quality items. But I felt this was a very good price. I’ve only had it 1 month so I'll see how it holds up. I'm very happy for now. My previous freezer came from Best Buy which I had for 15yrs.

Great product does keeps my food frozen just like i need and it has a light on the inside....helps out when i go to sneak Popsicles and dont want anyone to know its me so i dont need to turn on the kitchen lights!

Bought it when everything was sold out for months in advance. Quick curbside pickup by BB. Easy setup. Light weight to handle and move around. Simple knob temp setup function. Quiet. Perfect size as a backup freezer.

Great freezer. Very light and spacious. Nice tight seal when closed. This is the second insignia freezer we've purchased from Best Buy and are quite happy with both.

We have it in our garage and it got cold very quickly. Almost silent barely notice its there.

Excellent spacious keeps cold real good.it easily doesn’t get dirty on outside. Plenty of room for large family or just stocking up.

wasn't planning on buying this brand but now my wife and im are glad we did. good value, seems made well. quiet. only uses about 1.45 amps so you can plug it in nearly anywhere without blowing a fuse. a little hard to nail zero degrees due to an analog dial. it was the only one i could find that had a light built in. that was an important feature to my wife. so its easier to see inside when you open it. thought it was sort of odd it came with only two legs, not 4 even though there are threaded holes for 4 legs. store manager told me that was normal. seemed odd to me but he gave me the feet off another in stock so that was nice of him but i guess i could have just used a couple of threaded bolts screwed in to level it just as well. we are happy with our purchase.

This little freezer is great! Quiet and uses little space in garage.

This replaced a similar cheap freezer. I fixed that one a couple times and finally the compressor shorted out. This one so far is way better. I love the blue light on the outside indicating it is still on and working. And I love the light inside that lights up the contents. This is especially helpful because we keep ours in the garage, and it’s nice not to have to turn on all the lights just to grab something real quick. So far so good!!

Purchased to store freshly butchered half a cow. Had plenty of room to store all the meat with extra space. Like this smaller size for ease in finding stored items, for not using too much garage space, for ease in handling and for the smaller electricity usage.

Works great, fits nicely in the garage. We picked it up the freezer, the associate loaded for us. We plugged in the freezer and it started getting cool immediately. With in a few hours I started to fill the unit. The unit seals tight and runs quiet.

I had been searching for months for a decent, affordable freezer. Everywhere had been sold out. I lucked up and not only found a great freezer with a light which was a perk, but saved hundreds in comparison to all I located online! It is spacious, and more than wonderful!

Happy we got this! We have a very small side by side refrigerator/freezer and this freezer chest has made things much easier! It was inexpensive so I was a little skeptical, but it’s been a great investment! Great for additional storage space. It doesn’t have a slow close top door, which would be nice, but that’s a minor complaint. It’s quiet. I really never hear it running. It has a light that comes on when it’s open. It takes up very little space.

Freezer arrived on time and undamaged. Pickup was easy. It was light enough that I could unload it myself and it has been working great ever since. It is located in my garage in Florida so I was sure it would keep things cold, no problem at all. Unit is very quiet.

work excellent in my garage, hold so much frozen foods i no longer have to go shopping that often, it works wonderful together with my build in Dacor. plus i haven't needing to defrost it yet. yes, I 100% recommended this "Insignia 7.0 Cu.Ft. Garage Ready-Chest".

This freezer is awesome. Follow simple set up and it works great. A very quiet unit. The inside light is very handy. I suggest buying a freezer temp gauge to make sure the temp you want is correct. 5 stars.
