    We went to pick it up in store. It required removing all our car seats from the car and driving to store and picking it up and bringing it home. Upon removing the box, we noticed there was a giant dent. Best buy won't pick it up since we took it home so we need to go back and return it. It looks like the company decided to box up a very dented item since the exterior of the box was completely fine. Highly do not recommend this company.

    Bought it to store frozen food in covid-19 times. best buy did not hike prices like other sellers. It does a great job keeping foods frozen. Its a chest freezer. what else any one can say?

    Works fine but with no baskets it's not very practical to use. If what you want isn't on the top you have to dig for it. Some baskets would be nice. First one came damaged - barely visible on box damage but significant dent on freezer. Thin metal easily damaged apparently.

    So far so good. Spacious, has lots of capacity. Keeps all my meats etc. frozen. and I keep as an outside freezer. Can't think of anything I dislike about it...
