This freezer works great. Keeps the food frozen at the coldest temperature and has an internal light that helps reduce the time reaching for food(s). This freezer also works with virtually no noise. I highly recommend it.

I gave this appliance five stars so far because for its price point I believe it’s well worth it and is meeting my expectations. I started initially looking at the 5.0 ft.³ freezer but when I saw how affordable the 7.0 was I ended up buying it. I’m very glad I did because I have a lot of extra room to store my frozen food. It only has one basket on the side to hold smaller stuff that you need immediate access to, but it works fine for me. If anything changes I will update my review. For now I will recommend this to anyone interested. I had mine delivered and installed by geek squad, there were no damages or issues. The agents with geek squad are amazing and are completely professional representatives of Best Buy!

This chest freezerworks great. It has lots of room and runs so quiet. if it werent for a light i wouldnt know its on!

We bought this over two years ago to store a frozen pig. Since then it's become an essential part of our home, storing bulk frozen meats, vegetables, and leftovers. We have had zero issues, and only recently have we had to do a defrost & cleanup of ice buildup. I have zero complaints and hope for many more years of reliable service from it

Bought this to keep some extra ice at the lake house. This is a great size, small footprint with a good capacity. Runs quiet and keeps my OtterPops frozen!! If your planning on storing a lot of foods, get one a little bigger.

Finally got this freezer after they became available again and am totally happy with it. It is the perfect size to fit in my garage and holds a lot of food. It is quiet and really inexpensive to operate. Seems reliable so far.

I received this about 3 weeks ago. It works great. I absolutely love it...so far. Hopefully, it will continue to work well. Its a good size for me. The only disappointment is, when they delivered it, they banged it and there's a dent on the right side that I didn't notice until they left. Darn it. I didn't do my usual "walk around" because it was put in a place that I can't walk through easily. So, be careful with delivery and make sure you inspect it before they leave. The delivery guys didn't even want to take it out of the box but I asked them to...insisted, so, be careful about that too. They charge a hefty amount for delivery, taking it out of the box is the least they could do. But the product is great. No frost build up either...so far.

We are a church that was looking for a freezer that we could use to put items in for short term use before meals we periodically have. We have limited space available and didn't want a freezer that would be in the way or cause us to sacrifice precious space used for other activities. This freezer does not take up much space it holds plenty of items and is light weight. We put it in the corner and it has allowed us to store frozen items for our numerous events.
