The product works great, but BestBuy could have been better to work with. The service reps promised me help at first and then told me to work with the store reps, and the store reps told me to call the national number for help. Unfortunately, neither party was able to resolve my issue. I'm very sad to have had this experience with Best Buy.

For the last four months, the freezer has stopped getting cold, causing us to lose a lot of meat due to spoilage. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service, and they kept me on hold for 46 minutes without resolving my issue. The lack of support and poor product quality have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this freezer to anyone looking for a reliable appliance. Very bad experience!

Great freezer

Large enough to fit everything and fits nicely in a corner in a spare room. It has a light that I love and the lids stays up on its own. It cooled off quickly and it’s very quiet. And it arrived undamaged. So far I’m pleased. I’m hoping it lasts many years.
