The Insignia™ - 7.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer - White was purchased online 12/2020. Delivery and pick up options as well as locations were varied which allowed choosing the best fit. Picking up the freezer was super easy. Store personnel were polite and loaded it with minimal wait time. The Insignia 7.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer is the just right size when adding freezer space and yet not too big leading to over buying and loosing product in the bottom. A good size for stocking up or taking advantage sales. A small footprint allows it to fit almost anywhere. Light and easy to move. Hopefully none of the issues a few buyers had will occur. So far, Insignia 7.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer, seems to be a good purchase.

The freezer is very light, so moving it is easy. Easy set up, quiet, and stays frozen like it's supposed to.

The fridge works very well since 3 weeks from now after start using it. We put it in the garage, never worry about noise but so far we only hear very little hum when the compressor is running. The freezer keeps the temperature real good. Built in light is very useful as well. Just hope it is truth only costing $25 a year of the Elec. bill. In this pandemic period, we can get a little more frozen food than normal time so we don't need to go grocery store every week. Order online, curb side pick up is very helpful and safe. The guy helped me to load up to my little truck too. Good job Best Buy!

Only had it a month so I can't go all in with 5 stars. We run a food outreach for homeless amd homebound folks and needed an extra freezer. So far its doing great, its generally set at 3/4 of the way up and holding betwen -4 yo -7 constantly. And ita amazingly quiet. It's only 7 cubic ft but it holds 400+ pounds of chicken with out a problem.

The freezer is working just fine, with an easily adjustable temperature setting. The 7 cubic foot size is much more suitable for our small family than the 10.5 cubic freezer we had before.

This freezer holds a lot of food and works really well. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a freezer.

Just the size i needed for my patio. When you open the door there is a light which makes it very helpful at night.

So far, so good. Easily reached zero degrees in just a few hours. Runs so quiet I can hardly tell when it’s cooling. Holds lots of items for only seven cubic feet.

Works perfectly in my basement. Have it set on the lowest setting and everything stays frozen. Very big on the inside. No issues so far!!

It's a relief these days to have a product arrive undamaged and function as advertised. Fits our space well and is easy to set up.

While we have discussed buying a freezer, we bought the Insignia freezer because our fridge died and we needed a bit of time to research and find the new one. The appliance was well packed, and after wiping down the interior surfaces and finding a spot for it in the laundry, we plugged it in and it started cooling, soon all our products were out of the plastic coolers and in the freezer. The only thing we lost in the whole deal was the ice cream. After a month it continues to do its job, the temperature control knob does not vary the temperature much, we have it set at just beyond 50% to the colder side, producing a temperature of -5° f. It is very quiet and does not produce much heat, so it's pretty efficient. I have put created some shelving so I can get at stuff easily. It's great finally have an additional freezer and are happy with the purchace.
