Great small freezer with lots of space. Was fairly light and easy to move. We have it in the garage and works great. We’ve had it for about a month and so far it works good. I’d recommend!

So far, so good. It works great and there's plenty of room. Be aware though, don't do what I did. In selecting the size, I measured the freezer compartment of my fridge, but I neglected to account for space taken up by my ice maker, the drawers, etc, and 7.0 cubic feet is actually much bigger than I needed. 5.0 would have been enough and still had plenty of spare space.

While we have discussed buying a freezer, we bought the Insignia freezer because our fridge died and we needed a bit of time to research and find the new one. The appliance was well packed, and after wiping down the interior surfaces and finding a spot for it in the laundry, we plugged it in and it started cooling, soon all our products were out of the plastic coolers and in the freezer. The only thing we lost in the whole deal was the ice cream. After a month it continues to do its job, the temperature control knob does not vary the temperature much, we have it set at just beyond 50% to the colder side, producing a temperature of -5° f. It is very quiet and does not produce much heat, so it's pretty efficient. I have put created some shelving so I can get at stuff easily. It's great finally have an additional freezer and are happy with the purchace.

Freezer was delivered and they placed it where I wanted, even though it was not a convenient spot. I was surprised at how light it was. I hope it lasts in the garage in Hawaii with the salt air. It is quiet and the freezer has a small light. I wish they provided a second hanging basket.

This thing is super light and easy to get home! It's the perfect size for a 1/4 of beef and then some! The temp is super cold and I had to adjust it a few times to bring it down.

Great Freezer, Super quite and Compact. Does the job. My upright freezer gave out and I needed a quick fix so that I wouldn't loose all my food that was still frozen but thawing. I was skeptical at first but Thankful I purchased. Ordered and picked up same day in 2hrs. Great purchase. No problem in 9 months

The size of the freezer is ample, providing sufficient storage space for my needs. Additionally, I appreciate the effective cooling capabilities, which maintain the desired temperature consistently. However, I must highlight some areas for improvement. The quality of the light and the materials used in the construction of the freezer’s exterior are not up to par. The light quality could be enhanced for better visibility, and the materials surrounding the freezer could be of higher quality to ensure durability and longevity.

We bought this freezer for our family of 3 and it's perfect! It keeps things frozen nicely and I love the little inside light. It fits perfectly in our laundry room and doesn't take up space. We love it!

The delivery was great! I think the driver was Angel..? But he did an exceptional job - even took it to our basement bc We have back & knee problems. It does have damage in 1 corner but that clearly was already there... im not too happy about that- some one at the warehouse needs to be more gentle! It works great so i can overlook it.

Best Buy delivery service was great. Prompt, courteous and set the freezer in place. In the photos you can see that I have it sitting up on landscaping rocks. To prevent fire as the flooring is carpet and it's a rental. The freezer itself is exactly as I anticipated. Freezes very well as you can see I've not loaded it yet just starting to but very pleased.
