I haven’t even had to defrost it yet, very good at keeping everything within the space frozen.

Best Buy had it for what was truly a best buy. So far no complaints though the freezer does from time to time make an audible noise as it runs. It's not 100% quiet but over all very pleased with this purchase. Very roomy, efficient, and spacious. Best Buy had it ready to go for pickup and helped load it into the truck. This reviewer appreciated their seamless and professional transaction.

No shipping damage as previous reviews have found. My suggestion if this damage is frequent, try and visit a Best Buy in person to buy and have them unbox it for you there before you buy it. They did that for me. Thermostat is spot on anfd adjustable for me to -8 deg F and my temp monitor shows -7 to -9 always. Good stuff. Light inside is handy. Would recommend this freezer!
