Freezer works fine, as others stated one small dent on top. Holds lots of items and is very quiet.

I purchase this a month and I love it. It's very light and spacious. I would definitely recommend this for purchase. It's value for money.

This is my second freezer. It is a nice size not too small not too big. Keeps temperature very well

I wasn't familiar with Insignia brand when I purchased the 7.0 Cu. Ft freezer but quick google and found Haier makes them and they are quite well reviewed. They are manufactured by Haier under the requirements and guidelines of Best Buy. I have run mine now for a few weeks and it quickly came up to speed in cooling. Please remember that if you transport this on its side you need to give it at least 5 or 6 hours for the refrigerant to settle back down before you plug them in. The unit has couple nice features, inside lid light and a blue light bottom right that indicated that it is powered with a quick glance. Some reviews stated that the freezers were a little heavier in physical weight but I had no issue moving it around by myself and did not notice added weight other than what you would expect from a unit this size. A general concern I have with all brands and units is the refrigerant that was changed in the units to a more eco friendly liquid which is heavier than the old sauce which makes the compressors run harder and from talking to techs nobody has re-engineered the compressors to deal with this and units like this and fridges, dehumidifiers, AC units burn out in 1-3 years of service! Crazy right?! Definitely not great news for the environment there so here's to hoping that these units compressors are ready to handle the test of time. Summary: Good Value with some nice added features you would expect on a much higher price point model, decent weight, came up to temp quickly and has performed so far just as well as my more expensive models. I would definitely at this point buy another of this brand even though it is made in China. (Note: Haier is one of China's most successful companies so that sweetens the odds of a good product for the consumer)

Great little workhorse of a freezer. Lots of room and runs smoothly. Could use an extra wire shelf or two, but otherwise fits our needs great.

Perfect size for a single person ,so light I carried the freezer down some stairs and into my basement.great price also so I am pleased!

I love my freezer. It is bigger than I thought it would be and so nice for the price. It even has a light in the lid when you lift it. So fancy!

Perfect size to store extra food or drinks, we use to store extra meats family of 6, 5 boys in the house we definitely needed the extra storage space .

Bought this for breast milk. Works great, stays cold, and very efficient.

We are very happy with this freezer. The salesperson told us how to avoid some of the issues mentioned in other reviews. To make sure your freezer starts up properly give it a couple of hours after putting it where you want it to be. This allows the fluids ( I think he said oil) inside to settle so everything is whee it needs to be when you turn it on. We followed those directions and had no problems at all. I really like the interior light and also the one in the outside so you know it is running without opening it up. I would definitely recommend it to others.

For the price you cannot beat this item. It is the perfect size and great quality. It took literally 10 minutes to unbox plug in amd wipe down. We loaded it up immediately to free up freezer space in the main refrigerator in the kitchen. A must have for families of 4 or larger. Now we can stock up on those frozen food and meat market sale items.

Purchased at the beginning of the pandemic for more food storage, quiet, plenty of room and fits nicely in the kitchen. The only negative is door can be hard to open at times.
