That freezer cost 3X as much and had to be shipped from CA to the SE US. So we ordered the Insignia from Best Buy. It was shipped to our door and carried into the room to which it was designated. We have been able to fit both the new and old freezer side by side and now we can move contents from one into the other when we want to defrost. It turns out to be better than one larger freezer.

Since Covid hit they have been out of stock. Was happy when they came back in stock. Delivery was great, fast and contactless. Had the delivery guy leave it on my porch. He called and text throughout the whole thing to make sure we knew they were coming, and when they were leaving. Left all the important paperwork in an envelope secured to the box. Over all great experience plus the actual freezer is working just fine.

Our old freezer was going out and we needed a quick fix to not lose all of our frozen food. This freezer was suppose to hold us over, but it worked so fast and holds so much food we decided to keep it as our main freezer.

I thought it’d be heavy but it’s actually quite light for a freezer. It’s been running smooth as ice! I put my frozen food in it a little sooner than I should have because my original freezer had gone out and this new freezer took right over seamlessly with no issues on my frozen food transfer. Great product, great price, I’m happy!

Good Freezer

I think a refrigerator would have been better than this freezer for my needs, but even so, it works very well.
