They cost considerably less than the Apple keyboard accessory. It works fine. This one use small coin batteries instead of the USB rechargeable type in my previous keyboard. I assume that the battery will last for months.

I used a different brand keyboard/case for my 2nd generation iPad and the keyboard stopped working before the iPad became obsolete. It was also a lot heavier than this one.

I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the pencil holder. I own an Apple Pencil and it simply fits a bit loose forcing me to check it constantly and ensure it doesn’t fall off. Once Logitech figures this out, they will have the perfect case.

With Logitech slim folio activities such as checking email, web browsing, streaming movies etc become a lot easier compared to using the touchscreen keyboard on the iPad. My one complaint would be that the keys are not very durable. If the case is dropped the keys may pop off
