Our son moved into an apartment and the single air conditioner that was in the apartment was not enough to keep all the rooms cool. So we purchased this for his bedroom and he was so thankful.

Very good item it cools my Living room good and with a fan it’s even better

Works very well for my small condo keeping me very comfortable so far. It is a little loud though and there is a delay in the remote signal which is very odd.

Easy to install and maintain. Keeps the room comfortable. Great deal since we don't own the house so will not have to leave an expensive system when we move.

We got 2 of these (1 for each bedroom). The controls are simple, the setup was easy and they've been working well. Some reviews say they are loud. While they are certainly not whisper quiet, I wouldn't call them loud.

Better than I imagined, it does the air, with sleep timing, night mode, and several others. The remote kinda took me by surprise that it tell me temp in the air around. I thinking it’s awesome and economical

Was someone unsure about which brand to purchase , but I’m glad I chose Insignia. It dies an amazing job at keep my master bed room cool. It’s a lil loud but I’ve been running it 2 months straight now , day & night cause this CA Heat is crazy. NO ISSUES!

The item has being fantastic, easy to install, cools up immediately, does not over heat and keeps temperature as favorable. very satisfied

Cools down the room super fast, remote comes in handy. Havent used the humidifier option but the portable air conditioner works wonderful. My room is huge and the air flows to other areas which helps out alot. Great purchase.

This unit was perfect for our upstairs needs! Even though we have central air the 3rd floor could get a little stuffy, but when we installed this in the bedroom it cooled it right down. Easy setup/install and just as easy to remove.

Our air conditioner went out so we purchased this unit for our bedroom. It cooled the entire room.

Does an alright job but could get cooler. My drain tubing also came a bit damaged. Ultimately, it is very loud and if it is humid (it will drain water quickly) then you may have issues finding something the correct size for the hose to drain into (it is a bit awkward and needs to be pitched correctly to drain). I see this (portable ACs generally) only being useful for those with windows that are unable to accommodate a window AC unit as they are still more powerful, efficient, quieter, and cheaper. Would not recommend unless you cannot have a window AC. It is user friendly and easy to use with the remote though.

This unit was purchased as a replacement for an older unit. This works great. Love the extra features and the remote control.

Cools the room pretty fast, noisy but works great.

Would recommend this AC! You can put it anywhere you'd like and keeps the rooms fresh and cold on a hot summer day.

This was very much needed after our office AC went out and the part to fix it was on back order for 3 weeks! This worked so well and saved us!! Easy to assemble! Got very cold!

I live an a house with people who stay cold, I’m always hot so I got this so I didn’t have to fight with everyone and could have my room cold with out a hideous window unit. This was worth it and feels great.
