All around great and flexible but needs netting

Its pretty intelligent with maintaining the temp you set it to. The tube you put in the window is long enough to go maybe 4 feet comfortably. I have mine reach out and above the unit to attach to the window. They give the window blocker plenty of attachments to make sure it gets stuck in the window, for example lots of foam padding and foam tape to make sure it sticks in the window. It is fairly adaptable in the window. The window blockers are probably about 10ish inches tall. However the one problem I see is that the tube you put in the window doesn't come with a screen or anything so really anything could end up in there like if a bird tried to fly into the window-hole from the AC.

This year has been record breaking heat. My swamp cooler went out and landlord didn't fix for a week at 103 degrees. This thing saved my life! Love how cold it makes the room!!

Don't Sleep On This AC Deal

I like how it came with a window cover to lead the hot air outside. I didn't like how it drained. The access hole for the hose was a bit difficult, sometimes the hose would bend and wouldn’t let it drain. Overall pretty good.

Unfortunately it does not cool the space they say it does. My son's bedroom is at the most 200 ft, and this did not keep it as cold as we would have expected.

Worth the money

I just wish the swing goes sideways and not just up and down but I am happy with the purchase. The people who helped me at New Hartford too are great. Would be back there to get an ipad or/and a laptop.

Took it in to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one under warranty. Kind of annoying, but glad they stand behind their products.
