I but a Samsung 2 years ago ..was a bit hard to put together..but this insignia was very easy and is wonderful.

This little thing is amazing. Only have a furnace in the house so this saved me a lot of money and hassle. Will purchase again hopefully if they return to my area!

One month in and it does the job. We had one upstairs bedroom that just never got as much cool air from the central AC unit. Now it's comfortable and cool for the summer months and our son says he sleeps much better.

Bought this unit for my office because we were having work done on our home and we had to disconnect the home ac unit for two weeks, which, of course, fell right when we first had 90 degree days. Works great. Love it.

Nice Air Conditioner, well built and performed well

Works great to cool one room down. Has saved the day a few times now when dealing with AC issues.

Has been a welcomed relief for the 110 degree heat some days... however, it claims to cover 300 square feet, and in the bedroom I'm needing to run 3 floor fans at high speed, as well, to circulate the cool air... even then, it's just "cool"... not even close to the 62 degrees it's set at. The window A/C it replaced did a much better job and I didn't need the fans. I'm still happy to keep this portable A/C as a "back-up plan" in the future, when I repair the main A/C and replace the window unit... I have this outdoor Arizona room type enclosed laundry room it would work well in, I believe... nice and lightweight and PORTABLE.

I've been wanting to purchase a portable unit because I have new windows and didn't want to scratch up my new sills or have to put holes in the window frame to secure the side panels as I would have had to do if I tried to install my old window unit. That was accomplished but the seal around the hose isn't great. I had to put additional sticky insulation tape around the hose where it attaches to the panel in the window. These portable A/C's are pricey so I'd advise to check Best Buy's 'Deal of the Day' until you see them on sale. I'd also like to mention these units take up a LOT of floor space so make sure you have the room.

Works great in a 13x13 room with afternoon sun. Also use a fan to blow cool air into hallway for other rooms.

It works good, cools quick but it is so so loud. I Hope you don't mind watching TV with yhe volume turned all the way up

This unit works well. It cools our 300 sq ft room without any issues. Good value for the price.

Purchased it two years ago, Just put it back up last night. Still doing good. Nice fresh cold air. Easy to move as it has wheels. Got it on sale too. not bad!
