Easy to setup and no issues with using.

One complaint I wish it had the vent system on the front with controllable blades to direct the cool air.

It creates a good white noise and has a good remote control The window tape was not good quality and bought different one to use.

It’s normal design/size compared to other ac units. Overall, it’s powerful and does a great job for our 600sq. Ft. Room. Other feature like the fan is great too.
