Gets the job done. Bought during a time when my AC went out. Def helped a lot

The unit does produce cool air. It is very loud. It gives off a weird smell. It was easy to set up.

Our home HVAC unit went out just as summer was setting in. Purchased the unit as a short-term solution. this unit worked well to cool our master bedroom as well as an adjacent bedroom.

This portable air conditioner does exactly what it should. It won’t cool a large master bedroom but does extremely well in an average sized room. Assembly is easy. As any AC unit, it is quite heavy so be prepared.

I've had this for a 2nd year now and it works good. It cools the large room it is in very quickly. It's very easy to run the hose and the window slot is easy to install and adjust.

Saved us when our AC was out! Had no ac in the summer for two weeks and these saved us. Now use for room that are hotter than the rest of the house

This is a great unit. Very easy to install. We didn't need to purchase extra supplies to install. Works great. We got it when our ac unit went out it cools 2 bedrooms and our living room nicely. Two units cooled our almost 3,000 ft home down nicely. Was able to get our house cooled to 74F on a very hot summer day.

This product is great on all the levels. It keeps the surrounding areas very cold on those hot sticky summer days. Very low noise and maintenance needed for this product. The setup was 10 min or less and could have not been any easier to do.

Keeps the bedroom much cooler this summer. Our dog tuck approves of no longer being super hot. Filters are easy to change, setup was super simple, overall don't have any complaints

This is the first portable air conditioner I’ve purchased and it definitely my my bedroom nice and cold sometimes too cold but that fine. It’s easy to use and it’s my second year using it, no problems at all.

A little on the loud size, but they all are. This thing does CRANK out the cold air though. No complaints, would def buy it again if I had to do it over.

Easy to set up and works great with the extreme heat of the last few weeks here in southeast Louisiana. has been running overtime with the high temperatures and humidity. Not one single problem so far.

I wasn't sure if this would be a good investment but I was wrong. It does a great job cooling down our bedroom. We only use it for a couple hours prior to going to bed and shut it down most nights. The only fault it has is that it can be loud. I still am very happy with this portable a/c, as I can still easily open my window for fresh air.

It does the job. Loud when compressor kicks in. Smart remote is useful if situated away from unit.

This AC is doing a great job cooling down my large open concept kitchen and dining room area. It is very easy to use, as are all of my other Insignia products.

One for each floor and and they do well. Easy set up. Comes with everything you need for the windows and drain tubing. Easy to roll around if needed. Not to much noise on the low setting.

Talk about the right product in moment of need. Couldnt be happier with the quality, easy setup and most of all the price. This unit worked perfect for what I needed. A very satisfied customer indeed!!

This is an excellent unit for cooling a room or in my case supplementing a fifth wheels A/C system while summering in the desert. It's reasonably small and portable. Keep in mind it exhausts a lot of air to the outside thus creating a significant vacuum in the room.
