Needed this for a Florida Room which has vinyl windows and is not insulated. Working great. Now mind it’s not going to get down to 72 when the feels like outside is over 100 but it is quite comfortable. Definitely do not feel hot or break a sweat. Adds minimal amount to electric bill. So knock on wood so far so good.

Definitely need to keep an eye on water draining step to make sure you keep that empty. OVerall good product.

You can program it hiw you want but I like it cold. Room begins to cool in no time, you dont have to wait all day to feel this air working. I would recommend.

This time Memorial Day weekend. No fix til Tuesday. Instead of suffering or going to someone else’s home. I bought this unit. Was able to keep it liveable and comfortable to sleep. Would also make a good auxiliary for extreme heat. Didn’t have to take the pets to board them also
