I have no problem with it. It looks simple, clean, sleek.. it’s quite noisy but my dogs aren’t scared by it. Value for money is great! Overall, I love it.

I live in a 400 sq ft studio and it does the trickm the only thing is that it spills alot of water if it is not property covered, it should come with a tube to distribute the water elsewhere to avoid a mess. Overall, great air!!

It is easy to use and does a great job of cooling our living room. We do have to turn up the volume of the tv a notch but it is in close proximity because our room is only 14 x 17'. We move it to the bedroom at night and the hum of the motor is like having white noise. We would definitely purchase this again.

Only thing I would change is a indicator on the main panel for letting you know when it's full of water.

I don't like the window units ,so I decided for the insignia portable A/C . So far is working perfect,no very noisy and do the job,no very coolest but is just 8,000 BTU's for my living,dining room and kitchen... I really recommend this portable A/C and very easy to set up the exhaust hose in the window...

Otherwise it works well and very easy to install. If you thinking about getting one..get it and just fully follow the instructions.

Great Item Overall - I've purchased TWO

I have one in the garage where it's quite as good, but we live in South Florida where it's hot almost all year as well as humid, so this thing is pumping 24/7 much of the time. Overall pumps real cool. Installation of these things

I don't think it would cover 350 sq feet as my room is smaller than that and it takes it awhile to cool the room but all in all, it works for what it is.
