Lifesaver, as fill-in for my failed central HVAC system! Follow the install instructions, including making sure both that you have sufficient remaining electrical capacity on the circuit you will use, as well as providing some way to securely limit the window travel once you have installed the heat exhaust in a window to vent out of your dwelling (you want to help make it harder for bad guys to further open that window for "unauthorized" entry into your dwelling). The other brands/models claiming that they self-dissipated condensation were way more expensive than this one. I was expecting to have to empty the condensation tank on this unit pretty often, but in several weeks of use have not ever had to do so. Maybe our Southern California/Greater Los Angeles air is dry enough that condensation doesn't build up inside the unit as much as it might in more humid locations. I bought two of these units (installed on two separate electrical circuits) to make my central hvac failure more bearable, given the drawn out process I need to follow for hvac replacement. Box fans can help extend the reach of cooling and supplement the cooling effects.

Very reliable machine. Remote is very nice. Very easy to move around.

It kept my bedroom cool when my Air unit was broken.

Very pleased with the cooling from this unit. I have 2 other units of different brands with higher BTU ratings and cost than this unit. They are owned primarily as backups for loss of central air or to run with a generator in the event of loss of electricity. This unit competes very favorably if not better than the other 2 units I own with respect to cooling output per square footage.

Works great so for in this Texas heat. I have a medium size room and cools down the whole room in like 30 mins. Only wish it had an app to control the unit but overall it’s doing its job!

Great unit, especially for the price. Did need to get a bigger unit for my space but this AC unit did its job. I would definitely recommend or buy it again for a proper size room

This portable ac was such a great purchase for the summer. It kept even my large living room nice and cool during the heat. Would definitely repurchase if need be.

This AC was a lifesaver for me; my small apartment doesn't have AC and it gets hot in the summer. I bought this AC mainly because I was desperate and it was one of the last in stock, but after a few weeks of use I can say I'm stoked on how well it works. As long as you pay attention to the how large you room is (don't expect this to cool a house or large living area), you're set.

Awesome portable air conditioner - cold and easy to use.

Great Portable Air Conditioner for the price. Easy to use as far as the main unit a little hard to get the right setup for venting to outside. I see this as more the type of windows we have rather then a fault of the product.

We bought this to keep our pups cool after our ac went out. It kept our dog room & kitchen plenty cool 300 soft & it was perfect. I have 2 others (Hisense)but this one blows really cold & was quite impressed very quiet too.
