Cools Well, but had a Leakage Issue

The tube has to point directly down and it brought in so much condensation, but would also leak heavily which caused my carpet to be regularly stained.

I have the smaller units 250 and 300Sq models which work excellent really quiet and easy to sleep with while on. This 350Sq model was terrible quality, I returned the first after a metallic rattle during the start of the compressor, 2nd unit I tried did not sound like metal against metal but the buzzing from it during use was too loud there is no way you would sleep with that noise coming from it. I would suspect cost cutting to keep price low but you cant remove things to keep it quiet. I could not recommend this to anyone.
