    Normally I like the insignia products but I believe I got one that is a little defective. It leaks out the bottom front corner (slow drip or condensation). It ruined my wood floor. I still use it, but I need to put a towel underneath it. Really disappointed that this happened...of course it didn't happen until a few weeks after I bought it and already threw out the box. I have one in my bedroom and my dad has one that I bought him for his house, and both of those don't leak. It cools the room fine and I like how it works otherwise the slow leak.

    Not very loud and worked great for a second floor Master bedroom. The auto temp adjust using the remote as a thermostat is a bit flakey but other than that it is a solid unit.
