    This was a must purchase for me due to the temps being unusually hot many days in a row. I was hoping it would be able to cool of more than just the livingroom but it really doesn't reach other rooms in my house. Would have waited for a sale if I could have.

    the attention in the store is good. But the attention by phone is disrespectful, the store workers answer the call, they leave him on hold or they block the call and do not give him any information, he called more than 6 times and they did the same to me.

    So i purchased this unit 1 year ago and after a great summer and being stored for the winter, i went to use it and now blows nothing but coolish air even though its set to 65. Was still under warranty so replaced with the same unit and now this one blows coolish air out of the boxs. So will replacing it with a new brand. Highly disappointed

    This thing gets cold!!! The installation was quite simple. The remote wasn't the best, but did the job. I don't think it was as effective to the range it is advertised though.

    We have crank out skinny windows so we have several of these portable units. None of the portables are designed for crank outs very well but I found some kits on amazon that adapt it fairly easily but not very nice looking. Otherwise works wells. Not super quiet but quiet enough.

    Product well built and get the room pretty comfortable but the remote stopped sensing correct temp. And you can't run it more than a couple hours without letting it rest. If you don't water will syart to blow out of unit. So let it rest and it will be ok.
