More like a fan

The air is definitely not cool enough to be called an air conditioner on a 90 degree day on our boat. It is quiet. It dies pull moisture from the air. Works great as a fan, just doesn’t provide enough cooling power while in our boat!

Luckely the warranty helped and I was able to get my money back since I was technically not able to return it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We must have gotten a lemon, we bought this for my daughter and the first time she used it after a few minutes it made a clunking noise and won't blow cool air. Unfortunately Best Buy has such a short return period that by the time we realized it wasn't working it was out of the return period. Very expensive lesson, should have stuck with Costco when buying any kind of appliance as at least they'll work with you if you have a problem.

Stopped working in less than 30 days

It didn’t even last a month and now I’m out of almost $400 because the return period was only about 15 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

Cool but not cold!

I don’t know if it is defective or this is how it performs but it was on sale so I pulled the trigger on it. In hindsight I should have spent the extra couple dollars

Not quite happy

Nothing to write home about

A real piece of crap - didn't last 2 years

Started getting weak last year but I didn't think much about it. Turned it on this spring and no cooling. I can hear the compressor and the fan is working but no cooling. Since it has a 1 year warranty it's now a $400 pile of junk.

It runs for a few minutes then shuts off for a few seconds and turns back on. I’ve thru all the troubleshooting and nothing. This is not worth the price. Not even if it was free. Not even a week and problems.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Bought this AC a couple of weeks ago and it has disappointed me and not to mention the radianting heat produced from the back of the unit (even after correctly installing the exhaust tube).
