    Do not buy used even in EXCELLENT CONDITION

    Bought “Excellent condition” twice but both times units were delivered which were uninspected so were badly used with missing accessories. Both units were returned. What a waste

    An air conditioner that doesn’t actually cool

    Brand new. Was so excited to use it but unfortunately it’s somehow faulty? Blows air but not cold air. Checked exhaust hose multiple times, looked at filters, unplugged and plugged into other source. Nothing. Just a $400 fan that doesn’t cool you at all.

    I would not recommend this unit. It turns off on its own and won’t stop beeping. Had to return mine. Look elsewhere if you want an ac unit

    Set it up, turned it on and it started rattling on the inside and broken pieces flew out through the vent and tube. Very disappointing……

    Does not cool. Its rated at 350 square ft. My room is 280 square ft. Worse product Ive ever owned definitely dont recommend

    Not even a month later it starts short cycling. Doesn’t cool down the room. It’s in a north facing room so it wouldn’t be so much work to cool down the bedroom.

    Worked great for 2 weeks then it leaked the water all over my new wood floors. So now i have to replace them i am so furious, so if course it's going back.
