We placed it in a room about 300-400 ft and it’s kept it at a steady 68 degrees on days that are over 90 outside. For reference the rest of the house (without AC) will sit around 80 while our room with the unit is kept nice and cool. The only thing is that it does create some noise (which is expected given its purpose) but I quite enjoy the white noise in the background when I’m sleeping.

Would not recommend if you are looking for a unit to a bedroom, it woke me up all night when it kicks in. Unfortunately I’ll have to return it. It’s worth to spend some more for a better unit
