I know that going to Best Buy I would find the right product which I did & then it was on sale. Watching this TV helps me get through the meal.

Remote controls are already confusing for her with all the additional buttons.

I would not have bought this if I had noticed it. If I loose the remote the tv is useless.

It is my favorite branch of Best Buy. I don’t know why I used to go all the way to Chelsea. I also got help purchasing an iPad. The staff at this branch is knowledgeable and kind. Rare in this day and age. Thanks. I pretty much get most of my household stuff here now. Four blocks away is a win. Even the manager is nice!!! Thanks!!! Also this is my third insignia. I use them in my apt and my house.

The TV works fine though and has a great picture. The experts gave me some assistance over the phone in setting it up. Many thanks to all the Best Buy crew.
