This blender actually is serving the purpose i got it for

It is a great blender with multiple functions. The "ice cream" function doesn't work anymore it broke pretty quickly. It would whip up your drink mix into a thick beverage. Other functions still work fine. May have to use manufacters warranty to fix the "ice cream" feature.

I needed a blender that will make a thick smoothie using frozen fruit to make acai bowls. However, I wasn’t too satisfied with the results.

This blender was great until it wasn't. Stopped working, only made sounds, overheated and the foul smell coming from it as if fire would exude from it next.

Its durable and has power. But i didnt like it because i did a banana chocomil, and it turned it to a smoothie may its because the way the blades r set. I cant return it anymore it sucks!! Dont buy it i wanted a kitchen aid and store employee said they didnt make them anymore, well yes they they do u can but it on kitchen aid website!!!

I brought this blender for my mother and she loves it.

The blender is great...it was a gift for a friend. But I’ll never have Best Buy ship anything to my workplace again. It arrived in no outer box....at all. So it showed up in only the regular manufacturer’s box, which was all banged up with corners rubbed off, and the shipping label was literally pasted on the picture. There was no brown, outer box to protect it or conceal what it was! I was horrified! It looked like it came from a garage sale. And this was a Christmas gift for a friend! I was so embarrassed by that banged up box. Who ships a blender with no outer box??! That is NOT professional. Very disappointing.

I love this blender. My husband makes smoothie from frozen fruits and yogurt every morning. It is very quiet compared to what we had before. However it is tall and it won’t fit under the cabinet on the kitchen counter.

Honestly, I was very excited to get this blender as I've been having issues with my current blender not doing a good job of blending frozen fruit. No other blender seems to have the vertical blade setup ninja has and I would have loved to keep this one but for a blender this expensive I'm baffled that it has a plastic pitcher. It isnt at all durable and when I got it it was already covered in micro cracks which spanned the entire thickness of it. I love my ninja air fryer and I never expected this from the blender but after doing more research I found examples of these blenders shattering during use and will not be purchasing amother one unless they chang the material to something that will hold up to the power of the blender. It did seem to have a lot of other possible failure points as well such as the lid mechanism etc so I will stick to a simple blender with a glass pitcher at this point as at least it will be safer.

Not easy to wash, leaves big chunks if not blended multiple times.

It blends quick however a lot of the product gets stuck yo the side making it difficult to blend properly.

I’ve had Ninja’s in the past that were great no problems but it seems like these new models just don’t hold a candle to the old school ones... ☹️

This ninja does not compatible with the single use cups from prior ninjas just be aware!

Broke easily wasn’t too impressed, doesn’t feel quality

It is very huge and found to be unmanageable. We had to return it.

I’m so disappointed in this blender. I’ve heard great things about Ninja products but that wasn’t my experience. Since the canister is boxy on the edges, food gets stuck because the blades don’t hit there. After having the blender for about 3 months, the bottom is cracked completely across the bottom of the canister and it’s leaking liquid. We use this on weekdays to make smoothies and that’s it. I will be returning if possible and going with another brand.

NINJA BLENDERS USED TO BE THE BEST. I WAS REPLACING A 4 YEAR OLD MODEL FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BETTER MODEL. I HAVE NOW GONE BACK TO THE OLDER ONE THAT WORKSBETTER. PRETTY DISAPPOINTED IN NINJA. STILL BETTER THAN MOST THOUGH.

No doubt the WORST blender I've ever used for making my smoothies... lettuces, spinach, frozen kale, and a small amount of frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and almond milk.. NO ICE... so nothing it should not have been able to handle, but it couldn't. If you use any greens, this will make an incredibly lumpy drink. I returned it and bought a Kitchen Aid K400. Now that turned one runs a close 2nd behind my Vitamix (which had gone in for a check up after 6 years of working perfectly, so I had to get something to use as a back up). The other thing is the Ninja blades.. cleaning those things could really cut you up!

Its ok but could be better. I personally prefer the nutri bullet.
