Just bought this over a month ago for the missus, as she has been pining for a blender for the longest time. For her, our food processor just doesn't cut it (pun intended)! For some time now, we've known Ninja to be quite reputable with high quality products. Versus other brands, Ninja offered lower-priced variants/models to choose from. We decided to get this basic model, which so far has been doing a pretty good job with daily use. As with all blenders, you always have to be extra careful with handling and washing the blades -- perhaps even more so with this product, as the blade assembly easily detaches from the motor base.

I’m happy I purchased this blender . It gets the job done , for the most part . Mixing drinks , smoothies and salsas is fast and it’s easy to clean !

This Ninja pro blender is a great size, powerful and easy to use. Have a larger capacity Ninja and was impressed with it's power but wanted a smaller version. I've gone through other brands that just don't hold up. Was a great choice.

Smoothie game changer! This blender is amazing. I've dealt with one too many cheaper blenders that break after a few months. I've had this for nearly two years now, and it still behaves like it's brand new.

Excellent. Very Powerful, very good blade design. Was leaning towards buying a food processor but this does the trick for my protein smoothies(whey,spinach, kale,avocado, banana, pineapple). Comes out nice and creamy.

Works like a charm. Turn it on and push the appropriate button and BAM.......you have a the perfect smoothie. Haven't used it for anything else yet. But I'm sure it will perform well since it pulverizes ice very well.

My daughter will only each some fruit if it appears in a smoothie. I bought this to replace our 30 year old machine that wore out. It works quite well although I only have an ancient blender to compare it to. The overall ratings seem confirmed. The only thing I might do differently might be to get a smaller model. I was more concerned about the performance and really didn't notice how much the jar (/) held. We may never need that much room.

Powerful, sleek and nice looking blender. This is our second ninja unit... they last so many uses and user in our family.

Super awesome mixer. Reading the instructions for cleaning is a good thing and this has been wonderful. Very powerful, not very loud and works like a dream. Cleans nicely and does everything we expected it to with ease.

I upgraded from an Oster blender this makes smoothies on its own! Just put the ingredients in, push one button and it does the rest. It's powerful and easy to clean.

Had this for about a year now and has worked excellently. We use about few times a week for comparison. Blades are still sharp and easy to use. We do everything from smoothies to soups.

This 'blender' raises the bar on what you expect when looking to replace an old unit or the first one in your home. For starters, the base has preset buttons that you can push to get consistent results with smoothies, crushing ice, and ice cream. It also has the traditional low/med/high/pulse buttons which I use occasionally. The motor is powerful and nothing I have filled the pitcher with has phased it. The actual chopping blade is remarkably sharp, so careful when cleaning! I also appreciate the safety features that prevent the motor from turning on unless the pitcher is attached correctly and the lid is securely latched. My only disappointment is that the base doesn't work with other Ninja vessels, like the single serve cups.

After purchasing my ninja I have been extremely happy with the quality and performance of the unit. The unit is sturdy, easy to clean and easy to operate. I added the warranty which was a no-brainer.
