    Great product overall. The top seems to be the first part of the blender that goes out. I've had to replace it with one I got off Amazon. So, it would be a good idea to get Geek Squad protection when buying. I think it would probably have saved me from having to get a replacement item needed to make the blender a good buy. The top has to be fully closed to work, and I've held it down while the blender is on to keep it operational until the replacement part arrived.

    this is much better than what I was used to, having multiple blades from top to bottom makes all the difference. Blends quick and smooth and easy to clean
