This thing has katana blades all the way up the shaft. First thing i did when I got it was make a bunch of Pina Coladas. No more sitting there pumping the "Crush" button! Ice was demolished almost immediately. Excellent purchase, I foresee more Pina Coladas in my future. Only bad thing is the container is plastic which I make my own hot sauces and plastic seems to hold the heat from the peppers I puree. Otherwise, I approve.

Just bought this blender and it is an upgrade from the single serve Ninja Blender that I bought years ago (it started making a loud, jarring sound while blending - do not use hot liquids for those!) This particular blender is great for the price. It's not the most quiet blender but it's definitely much easier on the ears than what I've had to deal with before. It quickly blends and makes great smoothies. My only complaint so far is that while the plastic is durable, it can make light scratches easily. I had used a Scotch-Brite Scour Pad (which was stupid) to clean the inside after making a smoothie the first time and it made little tiny marks all in the inside. After making something, try to rinse it out right away to prevent food from sticking and wash with a regular soft dish towel.

Fantastic blender! I use this as part of a vlog where we see if I can get random things to successfully diffuse in an essential oils diffuser. (Weird, I know) This baby handles it all like a champ! Big Macs, pumpkin pie, candy, thanksgiving leftovers... you name it. The blades are still razor sharp and I can get pretty much anything liquified in a matter of seconds. It’s a little bit loud but what blender isn’t?

Love it. This thing crushes ice like nothing and makes smoothies with no problem. Only problem is that the smoothies get kind of stuck but that's expected, I don't mind getting it out with a spoon. I have no complaints about this. It's a solid blender and a must if you want to be able to crush ice easily.

It's summer time and what is better than a tasty ice cold (literally) drink! This blender has settings for making excellent ice based drinks. Just add your favorite flavors, spirits if desired, a few cups of ice, and press the ice button. Less than a minute later you have the perfect ice smoothie! Works great with ice cream drinks as well. The preset functions take all the guess work out of blending the perfect drink.

Love this appliance! It has taken the place of my blender,,mixer, and food processor. Crushed ice to powder (if that’s what you want). Looking forward to trying it out on a few other tried and true recipes!

Fantastic blender, but she's a noisy one!! If you live in an apt building, you might want to pay more for a quieter model. This is almost too noisy for me, but it works so well i'm still in love.

with my ninja smoothie time is quick and easy its loud but blends perfectly even bits of ice

Super powerful blender, will destroy everything you throw in it.

What I like about this blender is that it has suction cups on all four corners so the blender stays in place. There's nothing I dislike about this blender. I uses it to make the best homemade ice-cream, fruit smoothies, baby food.
